| Terms and Conditions Purchase Agreement By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Savvy Bride, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Savvy Bride agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Savvy Bride. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Savvy Bride. If you are on our newsletter list, we will email any changes to this policy Satisfaction Guarantee Here at Savvy Bride we stand behind what we sell but we also know that we can’t always be perfect. If we’ve sold you a defective or otherwise invalid product, by all means we will get on top of the situation and make sure you get a replacement as quickly as possible. All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. You must contact our office prior to returning any items. All returns will be for credit only. Refunds are rare and will only be issued under mitigating circumstances and must be addressed on an individual basis. Savvy Bride will not be held responsible for improper use or negligent care of any items. All returned items must be in their original condition. We will not issue credits or refunds if we find that returned items have been tampered with. Shipping Methods We currently send all orders via (UPS).
• International orders welcome! Exact shipping quotes will be emailed to the customer within two business days for each international shipment and must be confirmed by the customer prior to shipment. All international orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International and usually require 6 to 10 business days for delivery – but this time frame cannot be guaranteed.
• We strive to get all orders out very quickly. However, we cannot guarantee less than 48-72 hours processing time before shipping.
• Savvy Bride does not process orders during weekends.
• No deliveries will be made on Sunday.
• Savvy Bride does not guarantee same day shipping.
• Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed. Sales Tax All orders shipped within Wisconsin State will be charged state and local sales tax. Payment Methods • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Order status Savvy Bride will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information (if applicable) will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
Change orders You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call 262-790-1098 during Savvy Bride hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustments.
Cancel orders You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 262-790-1098 Savvy Bride during hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 4-7 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order.
Product listings Savvy Bride strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Savvy Bride shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Savvy Bride are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Savvy Bride does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other websites.
Orders An order is not binding upon Savvy Bride until it is accepted; Savvy Bride must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Savvy Bride. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice. Risk of Loss Savvy Bride will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Savvy Bride will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Savvy Bride will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Savvy Bride.and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Savvy Bride and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Savvy Bride that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Wisconsin State law. Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first partys right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement These terms and conditions, together with Savvy Bride invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Savvy Bride and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Savvy Bride and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
